On October 28, at the Hangzhou Yuhang District Committee Urban Work Conference & Innovation Development Summit for the New Central Axis, Yintai Group officially announced the name and architectural rendering of its new project: "Hangzhou Yintai Centre". This milestone marks Yintai Centre's official entry into Hangzhou, further solidifying its strategic presence across the Yangtze River Delta.
Hangzhou Yintai Centre is located on the prime site along the central axis of Hangzhou Future Sci-Tech City, with a land area of 193,400 square meters. Jointly developed by Yintai Group and Yuhang Urban Construction Investment Group with a total investment of nearly RMB 7 billion, the project will feature a high-end Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) urban complex with a planned total gross floor area of around 600,000 square meters, aiming to set a new benchmark for future commercial development in the region.
The launch of Hangzhou Yintai Centre marks another masterpiece for Yintai Group in urban complex development, and is an important step for its subsidiary Yintai Commercial Group in advancing its vision of becoming a “sustainable innovator in commerce”. Today, this urban landmark — infused with the elegance and charm of Jiangnan and embodying future commercial aspirations — is beginning to take shape. Looking ahead, Yintai Group will continue to uphold its philosophy of symbiotic urban development, driving regional prosperity through high-quality commercial ecosystems and working together to usher in a new chapter of high-quality urban development .
